During my studies, I have always been interested in understanding the human body and the processes that take place in it, and my clinical practice and my experience working in the ambulance service have strengthened my belief in the power of the human mind, its interaction with the physical body and its indivisibility. I believe that the whole is different from the sum of its parts.

It is essential to create a mutually safe, ethical and empathic environment in which to discover shades of the past as well as the present, based on awareness and expression of emotions, actions and thoughts, in order to successfully overcome psycho-emotional problems.

I apply a psychodynamic psychotherapy approach in my work.
