Narcologist, CBT specialist
A narcologist or addiction specialist is a doctor who helps a person to identify and discover the nature of unwanted habits, as well as helps to look for opportunities for a new way of life. Addiction is a biopsychosocial disease, so the approach to this problem is complex and multidisciplinary. The main thing is to start solving this problem and come to a conversation with a narcologist.
If you have any health problems with addictive substances and processes (alcohol, nicotine / tobacco, narcotic / psychotropic substances, gambling), then you are welcome – I will help. We will find a solution together during the conversation. Relatives, friends and colleagues of addicted people who cannot find a way out of the current situation may also come to the consultation.
For the treatment of addiction diseases I use methods recognized in Latvia and in the world, I apply the necessary pharmacotherapy and psychotherapy, I consult co-addicts.
I am also a psychotherapist in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) or cognitive and behavioral therapy. I also advise people with eating disorders, panic disorders and the loss of close people. Working with both adults and young people with anxiety, depressive symptoms and obsessive-compulsive behavior.
