Head of mental health care, psychiatrist

I consult patients in case of various mental disorders (anxiety, panic attacks, vegetative dystonia, depression, sleep disorders, burnout syndrome, memory disorders, psychotic conditions, personality disorders).

In my work I use not only drug treatment, but also psychodynamic psychotherapy and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) methods.

Expert of the report of the Center for Disease Prevention and Control (CDPC) “Burnout Syndrome, its treatment and prevention options for medical personnel”, 2015

Expert in the social campaign "Don't turn away!" Organized by CDPC and the Ministry of Health (MH) with the aim of drawing citizens' attention to mental health and reducing societal stigma on mental health issues. Developed e-books “Advice in communication, communication and everyday life with people with various mental illnesses” and “Mental illnesses, their symptoms, diagnosis and treatment methods”, 2014  -2015

Doctor with training since 2014 - lectured at the University of Latvia, Riga Stradins University and companies such as: Rīgas Siltums, Cemex, Circle K (STATOIL), Norvik bank, Nordea bank SEB bank, G4S, Latvian Personnel Management Association, LIDO, Latvijas Gāze, Latvenergo, Central Finance and contract agency, Coalition Rewards, Latvian Pharmacists Association, Latvian Association of Physiotherapists, family doctors, as well as residents within the framework of Mental Health Week.

Led a support group for relatives of psychiatric patients.

Led by the Balint group of family doctors.

She volunteered for the National Institutes of Health, USA.

She has also worked as a psychiatrist in a multi-disciplinary team at an outpatient psychiatric care center with an inpatient RPNC. Work experience in both acute and subacute departments, as well as in outpatient and rehabilitation programs in cooperation with psychologists, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, art and music therapists.
