More than 10 years of clinical experience with psychiatric disorders of various types and severity - stress-related or psycho-emotional crisis experiences, anxiety states, mood disorders, intrusive thoughts and actions, personality disorders, eating disorders, psychotic disorders. Particular interest in young people's mental health and how to strengthen it. This is a demanding and challenging age, when the first symptoms of many mental disorders appear or take effect. It is a time when, in the face of emotional distress, insecurity, doubt and various crisis situations, one must be able to find not only a place and stability in life, but also meaning.

I take a holistic, patient-centred approach to the diagnosis and treatment of health problems, assessing complaints in the context of the patient's overall health and the environment in which the patient lives and works. For each patient, I develop an individualised care plan, recommending the necessary clinical tests and investigations, the most appropriate treatment and/or rehabilitation methods and the necessary lifestyle changes.

The ability to listen empathetically to the patient's difficulties, the willingness to delve into the patient's problems and to seek the most effective solutions to them form the basis for moving towards the common goal of recovery.
