Resident in psychotherapy, psychosomatic medicine
While studying medicine, as well as working in a hospital with a large flow of patients, I have made sure that the principle "a healthy mind in a healthy body" often works the other way around, and only by improving the patient's psycho-emotional condition can the patient's recovery be effectively achieved and the quality of life improved.
Any of us can find ourselves in a situation where we lack the inner strength or ability to resolve conflict, overcome fear or doubt, deal with negative emotions, and organize our thoughts. Psychotherapy can help in these cases. Psychotherapy is a therapeutic process that takes place between a doctor, a psychotherapist and a patient in the form of a structured conversation, and allows achieving the set goal (for example, understanding the patient's emotions and feelings, reducing negative symptoms, correcting reactions and behavior, improving sleep quality, etc.). I believe that a therapeutic conversation can heal a person's soul and mind.
