Certified nutritionist, Eligibility for training in nutrition
Organizing relationship with food is what I primarily want to help people do. Whether it's an eating disorder, being overweight, a chronic illness, or some other reason to visit a nutritionist, we won't be in a relationship with food. The food must be given energy, nutrients, it must be tasty and it does not cause additional burdens - neither physical nor emotional.
During the consultation, I collected a comprehensive medical history, often filling in a nutrition diary and analyzing bioimpedance data, on the basis of which the patient receives dietary recommendations and recommendations for gradual change of eating habits. If you have previously had any tests or tests, be sure to take them with you.
It is important to mention that I used to go through the labyrinths of eating disorders myself. It was an emotionally difficult and difficult period, but it has helped me better understand the emotional side of eating disorders and empathize with patients' stories about their experiences.
Although the stories and difficulties are common to many of us, I believe that everyone has their own way of recovery, so an individualized, patient-oriented approach is the most acceptable to me.
