Clinical and health psychologist

Each of us has the opportunity to make a choice in our lives about the language we use to speak and, more importantly, what language to use to think.

I have chosen the language of psychology. I can accept and understand the course of life explained by psychology, as well as the structure of a person's personality, the causal relationships of actions. I am not intimidated by crisis situations, because they signal to us a time of opportunity, just as illnesses talk to us through our physical bodies, although it would be more accurate to draw our attention to what is hurting. In everyday life, we face difficulties, but we are not always able to see solutions quickly.

In order for each person to be able to hear their heart again, counseling helps me to understand difficulties, their causes and mechanisms, to find new solutions, to be aware of one's strengths, to understand one's life goals and desires, and to re-learn one's resources.
