For quite some time now, the paradigm of the physiotherapy profession has changed, and it is not just a specific set of exercises for all cases of the same illness, but individually adapted therapy methods, moreover, very many and different! Cooperation requires at least two - a physiotherapist and a client, and each of them has their own competencies - the physiotherapist is familiar with various assessment and treatment methods, but the client is aware of his abilities, opportunities and motivation. What matters most, however, is not what happens in the physiotherapy room, but what the client does outside of it. In the process of physiotherapy, a person becomes aware of the factors that have affected his health so far. Many of these factors can be influenced and changed. If a person in this process develops positive thoughts about his state of health, health-promoting habits, then physiotherapy is successful. Daily physical activity is not only for the chosen ones, it is one of the most important parts of life, so the next time you have a choice, choose the stairs instead of the elevator!
