During a life-time, everyone experiences different circumstances and events, which can create a feeling that life is no longer going as before, there are complex and heavy emotions, and it is difficult to understand exactly what went wrong and what to do with it. In such moments, a bold admission that one's own strength is not enough can help, and specialist support is needed to work together to find a different perspective, strengthen confidence in one's own ability to shape one's life, learn new, useful skills, bring about lasting change and experience significant victories.
Everyone has their own, unique life story and I would be honored to help make it a better version of this story. I counsults adults and adolescents on crisis situations, anxiety, panic attacks, depression, long-term stress, self-esteem and self-esteem difficulties, relationship difficulties and conflict resolution, emotion management and problem-solving difficulties, psychological trauma, grief and loss, and other difficulties. I use a set of help methods and techniques individually adapted to each client.
I am deeply interested in professional psychological and emotional health in middle age and senior age, as well as psychological support in cases of chronic illnesses. My research interests are related to the formation and strengthening of self-esteem and self-esteem, the importance and development of self-compassion, social anxiety and perfectionism.
