Masseur
Massage is one of the oldest holistic healing modalities, dating back to India and China. Its effects through touch can be seen not only on the skin, muscles, ligaments and joints, but also on structures at the nervous and hormonal level. Often, it is the tension we accumulate in our daily lives that is reflected in our bodies through physical pain, discomfort and muscle tightness. Massage is therefore the time and place to take care of your well-being, to put your mind in order and to thank your body for what it is able to do in the daily race. I now consider the main value to be continuous learning and improvement. However, I am aware that in my free time I need to find space for enjoyable activities that help me rejuvenate, so I do strength training, CrossFit and yoga, which I enjoy very much.
