Physiotherapist
In our dynamic everyday life, we come across various factors that directly or indirectly affect our health. Stress, polluted environment, unhealthy habits - all this leads to a decrease in the body's abilities. As a protective reaction, pain often occurs. The most common way is to take a pill and move on, but you can look for a specialist who can help you as quickly as possible with different approaches. The task is not only to eliminate the consequences, but also to try to dig down to the root of the problem. Therefore, looking at a person as a whole, I apply the muscle chain approach, looking for the small "cog"
flaws.
On a daily basis, I work a lot with athletes with the aim of improving results and eliminating errors in training processes that have resulted in injuries and taking preventive measures to reduce the risk of injuries. I have developed and applied my professional skills with patients of various profiles in Finland as well.
