I do psychological research for adults, for example, research of cognitive abilities (in cases of various illnesses, dementia or mental retardation), research of personality and emotional sphere, research after a referral from a specialist to clarify the diagnosis, etc. In my research, I used various small methodologies, computerized tests, the Latvian Clinical Personality Test, etc. I provide counseling to adults in cases of various illnesses and difficulties (depression, anxiety, overcoming traumatic experiences, dissociative disorders). I use cognitive-behavioral therapies, scheme therapies and other methods in counseling.
I lead classes and self-seminars on various topics related to psychology and mental health.

Currently, I work at VSIA Ģintermuiža (clinical psychologist), in private practice (consulting) and cooperate with several medical institutions. I also work as a lecturer at the University of Latvia, Faculty of Psychology, Pedagogy and Arts. Previously gained experience in business and business management, working in various international companies in Latvia and abroad. This experience helps to better understand the difficulties one faces in a dynamic and demanding work environment. Developed and conducted lectures for specialists on dissociative disorders and their diagnosis, as well as general educational lectures on burnout, violence, anxiety reduction skills, suicide risk and its prevention.
