Resident in psychotherapy, psychosomatic medicine
Both the practical training of the study process and the work in the Children's Clinical University Hospital have given me the opportunity to see the essential role of interpersonal relationships and emotional support in the dynamics of patients' physical recovery. Psychotherapy as a method of treatment provides this support through therapeutic relationships, creating an environment for overcoming various psycho-emotional difficulties.
I believe that real improvements in health and quality of life can only be achieved through a balance between the physical, mental and social spheres.
I use the method of psychodynamic psychotherapy in my work.
