In my work so far, I have gained the conviction that an individual and holistic approach is very important for a person. This is especially true in a saturated daily rhythm, when muscle tension is often caused by prolonged stress. During the massage, not only the touch is important, but also what the client sees, hears, smells. All this affects the nervous and hormonal system, which in turn regulates and coordinates the viability of all our body systems. Individually selected essential oils, which have a gentle effect both physically and psycho-emotionally, are also a very good helper here.

I am a certified masseuse and nurse specializing in physical therapy and hydrotherapy. I have been working in the field of beauty for several years, performing body and facial procedures.
