Vivendi Health Centre is a private clinic, and all services must be paid for. Please remember that if a Vivendi specialist gives you a referral for tests or examinations, that is also a paid service.
If you want to cancel or change your appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance – unless you and your specialist have agreed on a different time. If you tell us too late, you will need to pay the full price for the missed appointment.
Vivendi Health Centre has direct payment agreements with two insurance companies: IF, BTA and Compensa.
You can pay for services at Vivendi with cash or a bank card. You’ll get a receipt with the service name and your personal details. You can send this receipt to your insurance company to get your money back. To know exactly what your insurance covers, please contact your insurance provider.
If you have a consultation in a foreign language, the price is 10% higher — unless the price list says otherwise.
